  • Assistant Manager (Quality): B.E in Mechanical/Electrical + experience in QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and FQP implementation. NPTI diploma preferred.
  • Assistant Manager (HR - CSR / R&R): 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Rural Development, Public Admin, Social Work, or MBA with specialization. Preference for experience in CSR/Land Acquisition roles.
  • Assistant Manager (Finance): Graduate + CA or CMA. Must have experience in finance jobs in power sector, costing, taxation, auditing, or budgeting in ERP environments.
  • Assistant Manager (IT): B.E/B.Tech in IT/CS or MCA with 60% marks. SAP ABAP Certification mandatory. Must have experience in SAP-HR modules, workflow, ABAP programming.
  • Deputy Manager (Civil): B.E in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks + 10 years of experience in civil construction, ash pond/dyke management in thermal power sector.
